Investment Disclosures

Effective date: May 4, 2026  ·  Last updated: May 4, 2026

1719 Capital Research Terminal provides informational and analytical tools only. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

1. Not Investment Advice

All content, data, scores, alerts, charts, summaries, rankings, and analyses provided through 1719 Capital Research Terminal (the "Service") are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not, and must not be construed as, investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or otherwise transact in any security, derivative, currency, commodity, or other financial instrument.

Any decision you make based on information from the Service is made solely at your own risk and on your own responsibility.

2. Not a Registered Investment Advisor

1719 Capital Research Terminal is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any state securities regulator. We are a financial-data and analytics technology provider.

We do not provide individualised investment advice tailored to your specific financial situation, goals, risk tolerance, or portfolio. For personalised advice, please consult a licensed financial professional.

3. Data Sources & Accuracy

Data presented on the Service is aggregated from publicly available third-party sources, including but not limited to: U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings via EDGAR, public corporate career pages, U.S. House and Senate financial-disclosure feeds, OpenStreetMap, GlobeNewswire, the London Stock Exchange RNS feed, and pricing/fundamentals from third-party data providers.

We make best-effort attempts to ingest, parse, and present this data accurately and on a timely basis, but we make no guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, freshness, or reliability. Source feeds may be delayed, restated, incomplete, or incorrect. Aggregation, classification, and AI-assisted summary steps may introduce errors. You should independently verify any figure or claim before acting on it.

4. Past Performance & Forward-Looking Information

Any historical returns, backtests, scores, rankings, or model-derived metrics shown on the Service are based on past data and do not guarantee or predict future results. Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

Backtested performance is hypothetical and subject to selection bias, look-ahead bias, survivorship bias, and other methodological limitations. Live results may differ materially from backtested results due to transaction costs, market impact, slippage, taxes, and changing market conditions.

5. Module-Specific Notes

Different modules surface different categories of public information. None of these are recommendations:

  • Political Intelligence — observational data on Congressional financial-disclosure filings (PTRs and annual disclosures). Tier 1 / Tier 2 alerts are derived from rule-based filters and machine-learning scores; they describe historical patterns, not predictions or endorsements.
  • Insider Intelligence — Form 4 insider-transaction filings collected from EDGAR. Conviction rankings are statistical artefacts of past disclosed activity, not a recommendation to mirror any insider's trades.
  • Special Situations — SEC filings and international press releases describing spinoffs, rights offerings, and post-bankruptcy equity events. Greenblatt-fit scores summarise public disclosure characteristics; they are not a buy signal.
  • Quality / Mettler Tables — qualitative and segment-financial analysis derived from 10-K, 10-Q, and investor-day disclosures. Provided as a research aid, not a valuation or rating.
  • Screening / CAN SLIM — algorithmic screens. Entry, stop, and rating fields are mechanical outputs of the screen logic, not orders or trade recommendations.
  • Hiring, Location, Events — descriptive time-series of public corporate activity. Trends are observational only.

6. AI-Generated Content

Portions of the Service are produced or summarised by large language models (specifically, Anthropic's Claude family). AI-generated text — including but not limited to thesis summaries, segment classifications, and prospectus extractions — may contain errors, omissions, or hallucinations. Where evidence quotes are shown alongside AI output, you should verify the quote against the primary source linked from the same page.

7. No Solicitation

The Service is not directed at, and is not intended for distribution to or use by, any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation, or where it would subject 1719 Analytics to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction.

8. Conflicts of Interest

1719 Capital Research Terminal, its operators, and their affiliates may from time to time hold positions, long or short, in any of the securities discussed on the Service. The presence or absence of a security on the Service is not an indication of any current or future position held by 1719 Capital Research Terminal or its affiliates.

9. Liability

For the full liability framework governing your use of the Service, including our limitations of liability and the AS-IS / AS-AVAILABLE basis on which the Service is provided, see Sections 6, 7, and 8 of our Terms & Conditions.
